Description:Lockheed Martin’s Aeronautics Business Area is looking for a dynamic Individual Contributor for the International Program Security team within the Security & Emergency Services (SES) organization in Fort Worth, TX.

The primary mission of the SES organization is to mitigate risk and promote the safety and security of company personnel and assets, and to ensure compliance with U.S. government and other customer security requirements in support of U.S. national security interests.

The chosen candidate for this position will perform as the Industrial Security Representative Sr. supporting the day-to-day international program security requirements for the Integrated Fighter Group (IFG) Programs.

Specific responsibilities include compliance requirements in the areas of technology control plans, transportation plans, long term Foreign Liaison Officers, coordination of physical security activities and domestic and international visitor support.

Liaison with USG, F-16 Programs international customers regarding security matters, investigate violations of company and USG security policies and ensure compliance with the 32 CFR Part 117 NISPOM Rule.

Position provides program security support to the Integrated Fighter Group (IFG) Program Directors and F-16 IPT Region Directors on international security requirements. Is the Fort Worth liaison for security support of the F-16 Production Programs in Greenville, SC.

Develops and administers security procedures for classified and/or proprietary materials, documents and equipment. Candidate will be appointed as the Designated Government Representative for Direct Commercial Sales contracts.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree from an accredited college and/or equivalent experience.

Experience with the 32 CFR Part 117.

Experience in either DoD Collateral Program, Special Access Program or Personnel Security.

Experience with preparing Transportation Plans.

Experience with government compliance and audit reviews.
Desired Skills:
Highly motivated self-starter that can multi-task and takes initiative to assume responsibilities.

Working knowledge of the 32 CFR Part 117 requirements specifically international requirements.

Completed the DCSA International Program Security Requirements Course.

Good understanding of International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and corporate and company security policies.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
