Role Responsibility
To have an exposure in managing the IT equipment stores, tagging, records & deployment.
Assist with the IT equipment installation, configuration & setup.
To provide end-user computing technical support, related assistance & guidance.
Participate in staff onboarding & offboarding support and laptop deployment.
involved in Meeting Room Video Conferences system support & troubleshooting.
Partnering with an internal team or external vendor for the support or provide assistance whichever is required.
Assist superior in managing related end-user computing files, documentation & safe-keeping.
To ensure all the process executed complies with the policies and SLA are met.
Experiencing technical support for a different offices across AirAsia Group in Malaysia.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and common software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
Familiarity with basic networking concepts, such as TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, and Wi-Fi.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot a variety of technical issues.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly to non-technical users.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Willing to travel to support AirAsia KL subsidiary offices.
Possess own transport with valid license
