Role Overview
As an Intern in Ops Excellence (Stays), you will support the team in enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction within the Hotels & SNAP business unit. You will assist with a variety of tasks aimed at optimizing the post-experience journey for customers and contributing to key operational and business improvements. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about operations and the travel industry.
Skills
Must-Have:
- G Suite Proficiency: Good working knowledge of Google Sheets for data management and reporting, and Google Docs for document creation and collaboration.
- Deadline & Task Management: Proficient in organizing and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines. Able to handle multiple assignments effectively while maintaining quality and efficiency.
- Adaptability: Comfortable with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Able to quickly adjust to new processes, tasks, or challenges, ensuring smooth transitions and continued productivity.
- Problem-Solving: Capable of identifying challenges in operational processes and proposing practical solutions.
- Positive Attitude: Maintains a fun and positive attitude, contributing to a collaborative and enjoyable work environment.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effectively interacting with guests, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring clear and positive exchanges.

Qualifications & Experience
- Currently pursuing a degree or equivalent qualification.
- Available for a minimum internship commitment of at least 6 months.
- Willing to be based at Redstation (KL Sentral).
