PRINCIPAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):
- Ensure that you present yourself in a professional manner and appearance in a day-to-day contact with customers, guests and co-workers.
- Document all OJT to build experience portfolio.
- Perform tasks as required by the work scope with efficiency and to quality standards
- Utilize the applicable technical data relative to work performed including but not limited to: maintenance and inspection, servicing and lubrication, repair and modifications
- Learn the Quality Control systems and procedures of the Repair Station/ Quality Control Manual relative to the scope of the normally assigned duties
- Acquire a working knowledge of the Federal Aviation Regulations and in particular, CFR parts 43, 91, and 145; and 135 as required
- Complete aircraft maintenance paperwork and forms in accordance with methods of execution outlined in the RSM/QCM
- Maintain good housekeeping practices by utilizing a 5Ssystem of “sort, set in order, shine, standardize and sustain”
- Focus on Human Factors in the workplace and strive for zero defects in workmanship and safety
- Observe and administer company rules and regulations and safety policy and standard operating procedures
NON-PRINCIPAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):
- May perform other duties as required to meet departmental goals
- Perform at maximum efficiency by effective use of available resources
- Collaborate and cooperate with the Customer Project Supervisor to achieve the on time and on budget objectives of the work scope
- Perform daily activities toward providing services and deliverables to the customer that meet and exceed customer satisfaction expectations
- Support the corporate mission and vision through achievement of department goals and objectives
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a technical training course with certificate
- Must possess the physical dexterity and general mechanical knowledge required for a technician
- Proficient in the use of pneumatic tools and basic hand tools
- Demonstrated organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment
- The ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must not be allergic to fuels, oils, hydraulic fluids and cleaning solvents
- Ability to understand and relay both written and verbal instructions
ADDITIONAL DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous aviation experience preferred
- Read and interpret aircraft diagrams, charts and schematics
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Prior experience drilling and fastening of sheet metal parts
- Prior welding, fabrication or cabinetry experience preferred
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Hangar and ramp environments with variance temperature range normal to Reno, Nevada
- Must be able to work and bend in a confined work space
- Must be able to repeatedly enter and exit aircraft using stationary steps/stairs
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Work with high noise levels including jet engines
- Flexibility to work different shifts and or overtime based on business needs
- Ability to work at heights up to 50 above ground

The final compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of relevant experience, Falcon-specific experience, relevant education/certifications, geographic location, and shift.
