Functional Responsibility
- Supporting the implementation of aviation security measures in compliance with national and international regulations
- Ensuring a safe and secure aviation environment through screening, surveillance, patrol, compliance, and emergency response.
- Preventing security threats, enforcing regulations.
Role Responsibility
- Responsible for implementing and supporting aviation security measures, ensuring compliance with security regulations, and assisting in protecting airport facilities, passengers, and aircraft from unlawful interference.
- Plays a frontline role in preventing security threats, enforcing security protocols, and ensuring compliance with aviation security regulations
Functional Duties
- Carry out security measures to prevent unlawful acts in accordance with the Air Transport Security Program and applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Implement security control for passengers, aircraft personnel, and their cabin baggage from the moment they leave the waiting area until they board the aircraft, throughout the flight, and upon arrival at the destination airport, in accordance with applicable SOPs.
- Monitor and safeguard the security of checked passenger baggage from the time it is received at the check-in counter until it is collected by the passenger at the destination airport, in accordance with applicable SOPs.
- Conducted security operations, patrols, guarding, and first-level enforcement, as well as provided passenger services within the assigned work environment.
- Carry out handover duties to the next security personnel, including the transfer of assigned equipment and inventory, in accordance with the duty placement.
Role Duties
- Supervise all activities at each designated security post.
- Maintain readiness, ensuring proficiency in field operations and vigilance during security tasks.
- Oversee the proper use of company assets.
- Reprimand, detain, or recommend disciplinary action for employees violating company regulations.
- Perform duties according to the assigned shift schedule.
- If any issues arise during duty, make every effort to address them and report them to the supervisor for further action.
- Submit reports to the supervisor based on assigned security posts, which will be compiled into a daily security report.

- Communicates clearly and effectively with passengers, airline personnel, law enforcement agencies, and security teams.
- Able to give clear instructions and de-escalate conflicts when necessary. Quick to identify and respond to security breaches or unlawful acts.
Merits
Minimum working experience:
- Healthy Physique and mental health also behave well.
- Completion of basic Aviation Security (AvSec) training as per national regulation.
- 3 years of experience in aviation security.
- Work Experience: 3 years of handling AirAsia operations.
- able to be placed all over the Indonesia AirAsia business area (Domestic and International)
Education:
Minimum Senior High School or higher will be welcomed, Basic Aviation Security Training is a must
