NON-PRINCIPAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS): - Encourage innovation which increases quality and customer satisfaction while decreasing cost through example, work environment, and motivation.
- Interfaces across departments to suggest and implement process improvements that result in reduced operational expenses and increased value to internal and external customers.
- Provides management-level training in quality assurance methodologies.
- Special Projects as requested by Management
- Other duties as assigned.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: The compensation for this position typically falls between $65,000 and $85,000 annually. This position is not eligible for overtime. This position may be eligible for relocation assistance. Note, the final compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of relevant experience, Falcon-specific experience, relevant education/certifications, geographic location, and shift.
