Job Summary:
As a member of Kawneer HR Team, the Recruiter will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and hiring top-tier talent across a variety of functions and locations. You will execute recruitment process delivery including sourcing, screening, assessing, and spaneting candidates to hiring managers. This role focuses on high-touch internal customer relationship management as well as ensuring a positive candidate experience. This role requires a proactive and execution-driven mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for process excellence.
Please Note: This role can be based onsite in any of our Kawneer Offices in Cranberry Township, PA; Bloomsburg, PA; Norcross, GA; Harrisonburg, VA; or Springdale, AR. Onsite working hours will be flexible based on business demand but will generally be daylight oriented. This role may require travel for hiring events or other business related trips.
In this role, you will:
- Own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for entry-to-mid level roles across multiple locations and functions. This will include coordinating candidate travel and interviews.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand role requirements, team dynamics and ideal candidate profiles.
- Source and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn, Handshake, HiredScore, Indeed, social media, networking events, referrals and other channels.
- Provide a high-touch candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
- Track metrics to drive continuous improvements in the recruiting process.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, compensation benchspans, and talent spanet dynamics.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, compliance and best practices around hiring in jurisdictions where our facilities are located.
- Other HR duties as assigned.
You have: (required)
- Bachelors Degree
- 1+ year of full cycle recruitment experience or applicable experience in human resources
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting within the manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) products, Handshake, HiredScore, and Indeed.
