We will entrust you toFollow up on repair orders with repair stations, request quotations, update systems and communicate relevant information to internal airBaltic divisions
Request quotes for spare parts and materials as well as make purchase decisions based on quality requirements and commercial conditions
Ensure timely procurement of materials requested by the Technical Department in accordance with established procedures
Coordinate component flow to help minimize aircraft downtime
Perform spanet research and tender arrangements to ensure best commercial conditions for all repairs and purchases
Ensure that all materials received from repairs and/or purchased for aircraft maintenance comply with current aviation regulations
Arrange purchases and coordinate delivery of orders to Riga and outstations
Control of purchase and shipping costs to minimize company expenses
What you will need to succeedHigh school diploma
Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Team-oriented mindset with a high sense of responsibility
Ability to cope with change and uncertainty in a dynamic work environment
Excellent computer skills
Fluency in English and Latvian language
Experience in supply chain or purchasing will be considered as an advantage
