Job Description:

The Technology Administrator Lead will oversee the administration, maintenance, and enhancement of the organization’s technology infrastructure. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate IT operations to ensure optimal performance and security.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Lead and manage the daily operations of the IT infrastructure including servers, networks, databases, Azure environments, O365, Active Directory, and Windows operating systems.
  • Ensure system availability, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  • Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and implement technological solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee software and hardware installations, upgrades, and configurations.
  • Coordinate and lead IT projects, including technology rollouts and system migrations.
  • Manage technology vendor relationships, service contracts, and support agreements.
  • Train, mentor, and guide junior administrators and IT staff.
  • Ensure data security and disaster recovery plans are developed and maintained.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements for IT infrastructure modernization.
  • Stay current on state-of-the-art technologies
  • Travel to Remote Locations 
  • All other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:

What you will need to be successful in this role:  

  • Bachelor of Arts degree (B.A.) or Bachelor of Science degree (B.S.) from four-year college or university; or eight years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5 Years of overall experience with Network administration or Windows systems administration.
  • 3 Years' experience in a Lead or Supervisory role is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of network protocols, server management, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity principles.
  • Strong knowledge of the overall O365 cloud environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills, and solid customer service, and troubleshooting ability.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, CompTIA Network , or Cisco CCNA are a plus.
