Minimum Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
* Must have mechanical aptitude
* Ability to follow instructions
* Auto body experience can be helpful Job Duties
* Sanding parts and components by hand, orbital and scotch-brite.
* Mixing primer and paint in accordance with the manufacturers specifications and/or work order.
* Use paint booths for paint application and drying of components/parts.
* Track usage of paints and other hazardous materials Your Sense of Responsibility
* Attend work every day as scheduled, including overtime and weekend assignments.
* Notify supervisor in advance of shift starting if unable to work.
* Must have reliable transportation to get to work each and every day.
* Perform all work in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration guidelines.
* Assist with painting, painting base coat, and layout.
* Follow all company and safety rules during the performance of duties.
* Maintain customer-oriented work habits. Mental Requirements
* Have an understanding and implementation of regulations and guidelines including but not limited to OSHA, hazmat, etc.
* Logically work with mechanical processes.
* Work with others in a professional manner.
* Good communication skills.
