Key Responsibilities:1. Operational SupportManage and respond to daily operational emails from internal teams and external stakeholders. Maintain accurate records of communication and ensure timely follow-ups. Support the sales team with documentation and coordination tasks.2. Product Testing as Business Unit:Collaborate to support testing and validation of new products or features.Document test results, feedback, and escalate issues to relevant teams.3. Interdepartmental Interface:Serve as a liaison between the Sales Team and other internal departments, ensuring effective communication and alignment4. Reporting & DocumentationPrepare regular reports on support activities, product testing outcomes, and IT coordination status. 5. Compliance & Policy Adherence:Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, including those related to uploads, rebated travel issuance, TDS/GST, internal controls, and agreements to support efficient sales operations.6. Quality Control:Maintain individual performance standards and quality checks to ensure cases are handled without escalations.7. Quote Turnaround Time (TAT):Ensure adherence to required TAT for all travel quotes to support sales efforts.8. Other Duties:Perform any other tasks or duties assigned as per business needs.Qualification and Skills:• Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Travel & Tourism, or related field. • 1-2 years of experience in airline/travel background. Freshers with a passion for the airline industry are also encouraged to apply.• Proficiency in MS Office is preferred (Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)• Basic understanding of airline fares, Sky speed or GDS is a plus.
