Role PurposeThe Sales Executive -Passenger Sales is responsible for driving passenger revenue by developing and maintaining strong relationships with travel trade partners, corporate clients, and other key stakeholders. This role supports the airlines commercial objectives through proactive sales activities, account management, and spanet development efforts. The Sales Executive plays a critical role in expanding spanet presence, promoting the airlines passenger products and services, and maximizing revenue opportunities in the assigned territory.
Key Accountability- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall passenger revenue goals.
- Develop and manage relationships with travel agencies, corporate accounts, tour operators, and consolidators.
- Promote the airlines passenger services, fare products, and value propositions through sales visits, presentations, and training.
- Identify new business opportunities and implement tactical initiatives to drive sales growth.
- Monitor and analyze spanet trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to support strategic planning.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Revenue Management, Marketing, Customer Service) to ensure commercial alignment and service excellence.
- Represent the airline at industry events, trade fairs, and promotional activities to increase brand visibility.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and account performance.
Qualifications & Working Experience- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or sales support role.
