Join a groundbreaking team in revolutionizing delivery services with cutting-edge drone technology. We are seeking a Flight Support Assistant to play a vital role in our drone delivery operations, providing essential ground support and engaging with the community.

Responsibilities

• Support daily drone operations by managing and organizing equipment, including batteries and related components.
• Monitor airspace in the operational area and report any potential hazards or obstacles.
• Assist with basic warehouse tasks, including inventory management and package preparation.
• Execute standard operating procedures while upholding safety and compliance standards.
• Engage positively with community members and address basic inquiries about operations.
• Document and report operational activities using standard templates and tools.

Essential Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and equipment troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with basic documentation and reporting.
• Experience working in a fast-paced team environment.
• Strong attention to safety and ability to follow detailed procedures.

Work Environment

Expect to engage in physical activities, such as lifting up to 50 pounds and standing or walking for shifts up to 12 hours. Work may be conducted outdoors in various weather conditions. Be prepared to work any shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Travel may be required up to 25 of the time. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
